| Auf den Songs sind meiner
Meinung nach
viel zuwenig Voices. Warum hat Ixthuluh fast nur
instrumental gespielt ? Die Songs sind eigentlich für Karaoke entwickelt worden. Wenn Sie also meinen, daß zuwenig Voices enthalten sind, so stöpseln Sie sich ein Micro ein und singen den Part selber. Wir empfehlen aber, in der Original-Ixthuluh Sprache "nahe Sibirien" zu singen, das kommt am Besten. |
The songs have in my
opinion not enough
voices. Why has Ixthuluh played almost only
instrumental?
The songs have been developed, actually, for karaoke. If you think that not enough voices are included, so plug-in a micro and sing the part by yourself. However, we recommend to sing in the original-Ixthuluh language " close Siberia ", this comes best. |

Krautrock-Alben. Nun habe ich lange gesucht nach
Original-Platten von
Ixthuluh,aber absolut garnichts gefunden. Auch von
Sammlerkollegen hab
ich keine Infos erhalten. Darum meine Frage: gibt es
überhaupt
originale LPs dieser Alben? Nein, das gibt es nicht. Ixthuluh war eine reine Live-Band. Wir waren sogar stolz drauf damals, daß alles, was wir gespielt haben, einzigartig und unwiederbringlich war. have looked long
for original records of Ixthuluh, but have found
absolutely nothing. I
have received no infos also from collector's colleagues.
Therefore my
question: are there generally original LPs of these
albums?
No, nothing available. Ixthuluh was a pure live band. At that time we were even proud on it that everything we played was unique and irrecoverable. The material existing today is available exclusively digitally. (see in addition the history of the origin of these tapes, too). update mar.2020

zu Besuch und habe an einem super Jam teilgenommen. Bin ich auf einem der vorliegenden Tracks zu hören ? Ähem, diese Frage wollten wir eigentlich Ihnen stellen. Es ist heute nachträglich völlig unmöglich, jedes Instrument exakt zuzuorden. Sollten Sie der Meinung sein, daß es eindeutig Ihr Sound ist, der da zu hören ist, so lassen Sie es uns wissen, damit wir das prüfen und ggf. in die Credits mit aufnehmen (Ehre wem Ehre gebührt!). |

Ähem, this question we wanted to put, actually, to you. Today it is afterwards absolutely impossible for us to identify, who played which specific instrument. Should you be shure that it is unambiguously your sound which is to be heard there, you allow to know it to us, so that we check this and adjust if necessary the credits (honour to whom honour is due!). |

Die Musik ist im Lauf der Jahre nicht leichter verdaulich geworden, aber mit der heute vorhandenen Möglichkeit, das online zu stellen, bieten wir es eben dem interessierten Hörer an - auf eigene Gefahr! |

We have never done commercial music, therefore, we we did not a care to the tastes of record companies or producers. The music has not become lighter digestible in the course of the years. Verbindung von
Ixthuluh Music zur Band Ixthuluh ? Ixthuluh Music ist (war) ein Projekt von Werner Ponesch. Dieser war Gründungs- Mitglied und Namensgeber von Kollektiv Ixthuluh und hat sich im Jahr 1979 von uns getrennt, um sein Recordshop aufzubauen. Leider mußte er 2006 damit Insolvenz anmelden. |

Ixthuluh Music is (was) a project of Werner Ponesch. He was a foundation member and the name giver of the "Kollektiv Ixthuluh" and has split-off in 1979 from us to build up his Ixthuluh recordshop. Unfortunately, he had to announce in 2006 with its insolvency. |

Ich zitiere hier als Antwort einen gewissen buzianer (Forum auf www.musikzirkus.eu), anderswo als Martin Pruckner bekannt : KRAUTROCK ist Musik: die aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum kommt die aber nicht nur aus Deutschland kommt die hauptsächlich in den 70er Jahren entstand die kaum jemand kennt die kaum oder nie im Radio zu hören ist die von vielen belächelt und abgewertet wird (weil sie sie nicht kennen) deren LPs oder CDs in Österreich kaum zu finden sind mit der keine Band reich aber viele bekannt wurden mit überlangen Nummern mit progressiven psychedelischen Einschlägen die nicht deutschsprachig sein muß die meiner Frau nicht gefällt aber mir umso mehr gefällt die man zum Hören und nicht zum Tanzen auflegt die mit der neuen deutschen Welle nichts zu tun hat die von experimentierfreudigen Musikern kommt die ich auf fast 2000 CDs zu Hause habe die niemals ausstirbt |

KRAUTROCK is music: which comes from the german-speaking area which comes that not only from Germany which arose primarily in the 70s which hardly somebody knows which hardly or never is played on the radio which is smiled and depreciated by many (because they hardly do not know it) their LPs or CDs in Austria are hardly to find which made no band rich, but wellknown with tracks in excessive duration with progressive and psychedelic colouring which may not be German-speaking which my wife does not like which I like all the more which is played for hearing and not for dancing which has nothing tu to with the "Neue deutsche Welle" made from musicians who likes to experiment which I own with nearly 2000 CDs which never will become extinct |

hören, spielt die Band noch manchmal zusammen? Oh, Mann, die Cream haben ja auch wieder zusammengefunden. Es ist also nicht unmöglich. Aber sehr wahrscheinlich ist es nicht. |
